This is a local information site about roofing in the Brazos Valley. It is published by Marketing Doctor LLC.

It is not a roofing company. Nobody here climbs on roofs. There is no crew, no yard, no equipment, and nobody from this site will ever appear at your door uninvited.

The two things it does

It publishes answers. The pages here cover the questions local roofing companies field every week: prices in this market rather than national averages, the streaking on north facing slopes, what landlords should be doing differently, and what Texas law actually says about roofers and insurance claims.

It passes on requests. Call the number or fill in the form, and the details go to one independent roofing company that works your town.

Who pays

The roofing company does. They pay to receive requests from this site. Nothing here costs you anything, and no fee is added to your quote because you arrived through us.

It is worth understanding the incentive that creates. Our interest is in sending people to a company that does good work, because a company that upsets its customers eventually stops paying for the calls. It is not a guarantee, and the terms say so plainly, but it is the reason we send each request to one company rather than auctioning it to five.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not rank or review local roofers. We do not take a percentage of your job. We do not sell your details onward, and we do not hand them to a list of contractors who will then all telephone you, which is what a good deal of the “compare three quotes” industry actually is.

The name

Carters Creek runs through this part of Brazos County. It is a local landmark and nothing more than that.
