The nature of this site
It is an information and referral site for roofing in the Brazos Valley. Marketing Doctor LLC does not carry out roofing work, does not employ roofers, does not inspect roofs and does not quote jobs.
Requests from this site are passed to an independent roofing company. That company is a separate business, and any agreement about work is between you and them. We are not a party to it.
Limits on what we can promise
We do not supervise, direct or control the companies we refer to. We do not guarantee their work, their prices, their timekeeping or their behaviour. We pick who receives referrals carefully and stop referring to companies that disappoint people, but a referral is not a warranty and should not be read as one.
Everything published here about costs, materials, city requirements, insurance or state law is general information gathered in good faith. It is not engineering, legal or insurance advice. It cannot account for your particular roof, your particular policy or your particular contract, and prices quoted are ranges rather than offers.
Rules change and pages go stale. Each page shows when it was last checked. Verify anything you are about to rely on.
Using the site properly
Do not submit requests you do not mean, do not submit somebody else’s details without their say so, do not scrape the site, and do not interfere with its operation. Submit the form only about property you own or are responsible for, or with the permission of whoever is.
